What we did with this
We read this CV but got almost nothing back — 84 characters from a photo. Marcus was added, but he can't be assessed until we have a readable copy.
The candidate exists, but their CV is effectively blank to us — so they cannot be searched, judged, or ranked. Ask them to re-send a PDF, or upload a readable copy yourself. Do not assume they're a weak candidate: we simply haven't read them.
