    Access was revoked — this mailbox stopped syncing 6 days ago. Tom Okafor needs to reconnect it, or an admin should connect it under a different account.

    A mailbox connection belongs to the person who granted it. When they leave and their account is deactivated, the connection dies with it — quietly. If you can, reconnect this from a shared or admin account so it survives the next departure.
